Recently a woman found a hungry puppy in Romania while the puppy was searching for food on the side of the road during a rainstorm. The poor puppy was wet and was so scared. All he wanted was something to fill his starving belly.
The kind woman was at the right time. When she saw the young puppy she knew that she had to help him. Denisa was a vet who was just driving back from seeing her family. As she always does, she stopped to feed the stray puppy. The puppy was so tiny and thin. She could see that he needed care and his life was in danger from the cars.
She got out of her car to see if she could help the puppy. At first, she wasn’t so sure, but he put her face into Denisa’s hands. She named the pup Toby.
Denisa didn’t forget to catch the moment in a video too.
Thankfully Toby is finally safe in the 1 Dog at a Time Rescue. Denisa and the team will treat him as he needs. He will be looked after in a foster home until he is old enough to travel to the UK.
They have estimated his age as one or two months old and hoping that he will find a family of his own. Until then he doesn’t need to search for food in the rain ever again! He is now in safe hands.
