Abandoned dogs are everywhere all over the world. Most of their stories are sad until they meet some kind-hearted people!
One day a starving injured, and the abandoned girl who is cross of a pit bull, lay peacefully in a park in Bloomington, Indiana. She was sad and begged for help with her eyes. Walkers passed her by but no one looked for her.
After some time, one stranger came up to her. He immediately called the local sheriff, because there were signs of physical abuse on her. For Officer Jeff Ripley, it was love at first sight; he was the one who arrived on call. So far, he has not yet fully realized this and was going to take the poor dog to the shelter.
Unfortunately, it was closed at the moment. There was no option, and then Jeff decided to bring her to his place. Jeff’s beloved just returned home and seeing an emaciated dog, offered to shelter her for the night. The baby got on so well with the other pets of the couple. Then they finally decided to leave her forever!
The next day they brought her to the veterinary clinic. They found the former owner of the dog. According to him, the pit bull had recently been hit by a car. But he was not ready to bring her back, so he has sent her outside.
The dog had to undergo a long treatment.
They named her Daisy! She needed love, and she got it. After a few weeks, she became cured. She stopped being afraid of loud noises and began to play and she gradually trust the new owners.
Jeff says that she is looking after him at the window when he leaves for work.
Now she sleeps in bed, and receives lots of kisses all day long and what else she needs!
