Let’s Take a Walk On a Fairy-Village in the Netherlands.

Don’t you feel like escaping this hectic, restless life and go somewhere really, I mean really calm? Well, here is a fairy-village to you must visit.

Village Giethoorn, aka “Venice of the Netherlands,” was found around 1230. And trust me, this is a place you should see.

So, what’s the specialty here? In Giethoorn, there isn’t any road or any kind of modern transport. What you can see here are only canals and ‘whisper boats’ ( which have noiseless engines) and176 bridges too.  When a tourist comes to the village, he or she has to leave the vehicle outside the village and either walk or use a boat to enter to the village.

Can you imagine the tranquility in this heaven-like village? Even in the village’s website, it’s stated that “the loudest sound you can normally hear is the quacking of a duck or the noise made by other birds”
