Charlie is the sweetest pup you’d meet, and who knows exactly what he likes, and what he likes a lot is his stuffed duck. Although he has many other toys that he can play with, he always chooses the plush duck, which is named Mr. Quackers. He spends nearly all his time with Mr. Quackers.
Alicia, Charlie’s owner had this to say about the inseparable duo: “I noticed he would take it wherever he went and even slept with it at night. I had never seen him act this way with a stuffed toy before.” Understanding how much the pup loves his duck, Alicia and her husband planed a special surprise for him. They arranged a visit from Mr. Quackers who was oversized and fully animated.
Randomly finding the perfect Mr. Quackers costume at the store, Alicia’s husband played the part, and Charlie was overjoyed to meet his very real favorite toy. In her interview, Alicia also said this: “It couldn’t have went any better! Soon as Charlie saw the life-size Mr. Quackers, his tail started wagging so fast, his entire body was moving.”
Charlie would most definitely have been content if his favorite toy never came to life. However for Alive and her husband, made it worthwhile seeing their beloved pup so happy and it was a moment to remember.
