San Francisco Generously Supports Trump’s Fundraising Campaign

Former President Donald Trump is gaining support in unexpected areas across the nation.

Recently, he demonstrated this increasing popularity by raising nearly $12 million at a charity event in San Francisco, the hometown of former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, according to the Daily Wire.

The event was organized by venture capitalists David Sacks and Chamath Palihapitiya at their Pacific Heights residence.

Sacks and Palihapitiya are known for their popular podcast, “All-In.” Attendees at the fundraiser donated between $50,000 and $500,000, depending on their level of benefits. The event attracted many prominent cryptocurrency investors and venture capitalists.

During the gathering, Harmeet Dhillon, a member of the Republican National Committee, noted that Trump appeared “relaxed, cheerful, and making jokes about AI.”

Reportedly, Sacks mentioned that the idea for the fundraiser arose after JD Vance called and suggested hosting an event for Trump. Sacks credited Vance with helping facilitate the event.

Sacks explained his reasons for supporting Trump in a detailed post on the social media platform X.

“As various media outlets have publicized, I am hosting a fundraising event for President Donald J. Trump at my San Francisco home this evening.

Over the past several years, I have organized events for presidential candidates Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as well as numerous congressional figures from both primary parties. While I support many candidates, I actively endorse only a few.

Currently, I am officially backing our 45th president, Donald J. Trump, for the office of the 47th president.

My support is based on four key issues that I believe are crucial to American prosperity, security, and strength—areas where the Biden administration has seen significant failures and where I believe President Trump can lead us back on the right path.”
