This week, authorities from Colorado’s Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office blazoned the hiring- on of two lovable new officers — K9 Otis and K9 Bear who ’ll be serving as remedy creatures at original seminaries.
To mark the occasion, the handsome pups were indeed asked to sit for an sanctioned portrayal, complete with their own littles vests and colophons.
But supposedly getting in on the job can sure tucker one out.
Of the two new officers, black Lab Otis appears to be the further spirited doggy .
Chocolate Lab Bear, meanwhile, comes across as a laddie more restrained.
Otis and Bear’s differing energy situations were on full display during the brace’s sanctioned swearing- in form.
In front of the assembled crowd and amid the heraldry of that grand occasion, Otis looked bright- eyed and bubbly, breaking just long enough to offer his paw while being read the pledge.
Bear, on the other hand, sounded a bit drowsy — floundering at times to indeed stay awake on his and Otis’ big day.
To Bear’s credit, however, he did perquisite up enough in the end to lead a fun puppy dog play- fight.)
With any luck, K9 Otis and K9 Bear will go on to have long, fulfilling careers bringing comfort and smiles to area academy kiddies, each with their own perfect grains.
