Bootsy is a cat who lives with his mom. One day he was hanging out by his screen door and he suddenly noticed a snake. It was in need of help and he immediately alerted his mom. She realized that the poor guy was stuck in a hole in the screen door and couldn’t go out. Once he retreated into the hole she grabbed a drill and carefully made a hole bigger to let it out. It only took a few minutes with a drill. But it took Snickers, the snake about 30 minutes to feel safe enough to try to exit the bigger hole.
Snickers slithered away. Melissa Taylor, Boosty’s mom didn’t think much of it until he came back again. Interestingly, he was back within the next day. Boosty spotted it poking out of the hole and looking in the window.
Once Taylor realized that Snickers lived in her screen door, she wanted it to be protected. She needed everyone to know that was his home and they should not disturb him. Next, she stepped to put up signs to let others know.
There are several signs hanging over his house. They are meant to be fun and silly. Also, they are funny to see. Most of them laugh and think it is cute and wholesome. Taylor is happy about rescuing him. Taylor doesn’t see Snickers every day. But whenever she does, she is happy about him. When she doesn’t spot him, she loves just knowing that he is there. Snickers now is a valued member of the family.
Taylor is thankful for Snickers for scaring the venomous snakes away from the yard.
